Application Process
Download the application form from and send us a soft copy of the complete application form.
Presentation
Prepare a presentation within 15 to 20 slides and submit it along with the form. The presentation should contain the following information related to the project in a clear and concise manner, along with images (photographs, renderings, sketches, illustrations, etc.)
Core Objective (50 Words) : Please list down the objective behind the project.
Project Summary (100 Words) : Provide an overview of the project.
Project Framing (500 words) : Description of the problem statement you started with and how you framed the problem for design solution.
Research & Analysis (500 words) : Description of analysis & synthesis of the research conducted and insights gained through the research.
Design Solution & its possible application (500 words) : Describe the design solution you arrived at and support it with compelling visuals.
Benefit (500 words) : Describe the potential or actual benefit, financial or social, attained through the project.
The Big Idea (500 words) : What is the big idea that emerged through the research?
Future Potential (500 words) : Describe the future potential of the project and the further steps that could be taken to take the project to the next level. You can use this section to describe Industry or Government support required.
Certificate
Along with the project summary a certificate from your institution on its letterhead, duly signed by Dean or Head of the Department is mandatory.
The certificate should state your name, year of study, name of course, title of the project being submitted and should confirm that the project is the final year main project of the academic year 2017-18.
In case of team project, the certificate should contain details for all the team members.
APPLICATION FEE
Application fee of INR 500 (Five hundred rupees) to paid via CII’s online payment portal. In the occasion of failed transaction please draw a Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of ‘Confederation of Indian Industry’ payable at New Delhi.
